Signed-in users can delete their Peony account in Settings. If you cannot access your account, email hi@playpeony.com from the account email address and request deletion.
Delete Your Account in Peony
- Open Peony and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the deletion request.
If You Cannot Sign In
Email hi@playpeony.com from the email address on your Peony account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject so we can route it quickly.
What Deletion Covers
When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your Peony-held account, answers, media, reactions, push subscriptions, and session participation. Limited records we are required to keep, such as billing, safety or abuse reports, and basic transactional email logs, may be retained as needed for legal, accounting, and safety purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Peony account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel Peony+ in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
